Founder of ISH and prior, a decade at MTVN as EVP, Talent & Creative Development.

Credited with revitalizing the career of singer Mariah Carey, orchestrating a first international tour in a decade, a Las Vegas residency at Caesars, a second at the Venetian, domestic tour with Lionel Richie, three domestic/international holiday tours. A beauty collaboration with MAC Cosmetics and many strategic partnerships; food/beverage, hospitality, fashion and philanthropy. Concluding their relationship by generating a memoir with strategic deals at Andy Cohen’s imprint and Amazon Audible. Founded Magic Carpet Productions where she developed a musical for Broadway, created film/ television content; one of the top holiday (animated) films for Amazon and projects with You Tube, Hallmark, Starz, Universal, Warner Brothers and Sony, garnering Carey’s first Golden Globe nomination as songwriter. Bulochnikov produced nearly 200 shows spanning the globe; Europe, Dubai, South Africa and Asia.

Bulochnikov’s producing credits include BOSS starring Kelsey Grammer, garnering two Golden Globe nominations, a first dramatic win for the legendary actor. Bulochnikov and Grammer produced the horror series, Light As A Feather for HULU (based on the New York Times bestselling YA novel) nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award and was instrumental in BET’s revival of The Game, now on Paramount+.

Creating Vh1’s longest running sitcom, Family Hustle, securing partnerships with major brands for both network and talent, spin-offs and opportunities for the family; T.I. & son Domani scoring Spongebob the Musical, garnering a Tony nomination. A philanthropist who has worked tirelessly for VH1’s Save The Music, served on the board of Step Up, supports many organizations; Unicef, Glaad, Janie’s Fund and Fund Her dedicated to achieve gender parity in California politics.

Raising two awesome daughters, Mishka (18) an NYU student and entrepreneur and Sasha (15) is in her first year of High School and an outspoken advocate for women’s rights. They share a strong work ethic, a love of pop culture and music.
